Dr. Rachna Mehta is a board-certified physical therapist, published clinical researcher, and nationally and internationally recognized educator with 20 years of specialized expertise at the intersection of pelvic health, integrative rehabilitation, and evidence-based practice. A Columbia University DPT graduate with dual certification in orthopedics (OCS) and pelvic rehabilitation (PRPC), she has founded two clinical programs, delivered continuing education across the United States and internationally, and published peer-reviewed research in the Journal of Women's & Pelvic Health Physical Therapy (2026).
