Dr. Rachna Mehta is a board-certified physical therapist, published clinical researcher, and nationally and internationally recognized educator with 20 years of specialized expertise at the intersection of pelvic health, integrative rehabilitation, and evidence-based practice. A Columbia University DPT graduate with dual certification in orthopedics (OCS) and pelvic rehabilitation (PRPC), she has founded two clinical programs, delivered continuing education across the United States and internationally, and published peer-reviewed research in the Journal of Women's & Pelvic Health Physical Therapy (2026). As faculty at the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute and founder of TeachPhysio LLC, Dr. Mehta designs and delivers CE curricula that bridges traditional healing systems with modern neurophysiology. Her presentations blend translational research, real-world case evidence, and practical frameworks that participants can implement immediately.
